WR-C Soccer would like to extend our appreciation to all parents who took the time to provide feedback on our 2009-2010 program. Our survey was returned by almost 90% of our parent community which demonstrates a great commitment to the club! We received a great deal of positive feedback and some excellent suggestions for future improvement. Coaching staff, managers, bench moms, coordinators and volunteers - thank you for the high calibre skills we received many appreciative commentaries about. Some of the more critical areas of focus for our Board in the 2010-2011 season will be originating from this survey. Our Board will look at addressing some of the communication and organization challenges that were presented by our parents. Continuous improvement is one of the mandates for the WR-C Board. Of course, all initiatives undertaken by the club are done on a volunteer basis. Please let us know if you are able to assist/volunteer in any capacity to help support and improve your club.
